Lorraine Cruse
Director, Will Writer & Fellow of IPW
After nearly three decades with a Major Bank, Lorraine transitioned to a career in Will Writing, backed by the Institute of Professional Willwriters (IPW). In her 13-year tenure, Lorraine underwent extensive training in Will Writing, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Estate Administration, Elderly Advising, Acting as an Attorney or Executor, Counselling, Bereavement Care, Grief, and Land Registry changes.
Awarded a fellowship in 2016, Lorraine continues ongoing professional development annually to maintain her qualifications.
Allan Cruse
Chartered Financial Planner & Will Writer
Allan has been working in the financial services sector since 1992 and, after several years holding down senior positions at the Halifax Building Society, became a full member of the Institute of Professional Willwriters. Additionally Allan is SOLLA (Society of Later Life Advisers) qualified along with being a chartered financial planner.
He’s also a huge rugby fan and tries to watch England play an away game in the Six Nations every year.
Jordan Cruse
Chartered Financial Planner & Will Writer
Jordan is a qualified member of the Institute of Professional Willwriters and a Chartered Financial Planner and Paraplanner for Strategic Solutions Financial Services. Jordan became the the youngest chartered Financial Planner in the UK by 3 years.
Outside of work, Jordan is a huge film fan and can often be found in front of a good boxset or at the local cinema. When he’s not enjoying the latest blockbuster, Jordan loves playing games and spending time with his friends and family.
Jeff Steninger
Independent Financial Adviser & Will Writer
Jeff entered financial services in 1985 as a district agent for Prudential. Advancing through roles at Britannia, Woolwich, and Halifax, he became an independent financial adviser in 2012.
Away from the world of finance, his main interest is sport. While he has a keen interest in most sports, he has a particularly strong love for football and golf.

With over 19 years in financial services, James has advised on mortgages, pensions, and investments.
He values staying active, cherishing family time, and has a passion for cars.
Lindsay Walinck
Will Associate
In 2021, Lindsay joined Cruse Will Writing, motivated by years in banking witnessing families navigate post-loss financial challenges. Eager to assist people in proactive planning, she's found a familial atmosphere at Cruse Will Writing Services.
Outside work, she's often cheering for her son on the football field, enjoying dog walks, hitting the gym, or cherishing moments with her partner and family.
Hilary Jackson

Hilary joined CWW In 2023 after meeting Lorraine at a training event. The supportive environment and practical will-writing approach aligned with her values. She aim's to encourage open family conversations about wishes. Committed to simplifying inheritance planning, she enjoys helping people without overwhelming jargon.
In her spare time she can be found exploring Dorset, Devon and Somerset on two wheels.

Darren joined the team five years ago after spending many years in the service industry. He is passionate about people and providing the best possible service for them.
In his spare time he loves to ride his motorbikes and spending time with his family.
